At the beginning of July 2012, the Sonneveld Group B.V. (SG) from Papendrecht, The Netherlands, acquired Sonneveld Polska Sp. z o.o. and 80% of HOL-POL Sp. z o.o. to strengthen its position in Poland. HOL-POL was established in 1992 as an independent importer and distributor of bakery and patisserie ingredients in Poland. Since 2006, the company based in Skalmierzyce, Poland, has had a joint venture with SG and its Polish subsidiary Sonneveld Polska, respectively. For further information: www.sonneveld.com.
