Haas at the ProSweets fair

The Haas Group from Leobendorf, Austria, will present its new concepts at the trade fair held in Cologne, Germany from 29th January to 1st February 2012. The V60 extruder, depositor and wire-cutter, for example, has been on the market for just a few months. It represents Haas’s idea of combining multiple processing technologies in one machine, with the capability of depositing and extruding up to three kinds of masses at the same time. Furthermore, , Haas-Mondomix will also present their sophisticated aeration system for marshmallows, chocolate and all kinds of creams displaying the group’s focus on mixing and aeration processes. The aerators are the heart of the Haas-Mondomix business enabling producers to add a wide product range to their portfolio. A rather simple but effective machine will be used on site to demonstrate the baking process, namely the manual wafer and waffle baking machine “Turtle” which will be in operation at the show. Finally, Haas-Meincke will show a module of a production line for biscuits and many other products: the indirectly heated convection oven system is supplied in modules and such an oven module can be seen at the show in order to give visitors an idea of how modern industrial baking works efficiently.
