Franz will maintain the Harvest Classic name as well as all existing products made in Nampa. Marc Albers, president and CEO of Franz Family Bakery said: “Harvest Classic was an attractive acquisition for us because of its small, handcrafted baking production.” The family owned company Franz is based in Portland, Oregon. It possesses six baking facilities throughout the Northwest of the United States.
